Marianne Keriakos is an associate at Falconer Charney LLP. Marianne has an LLB from the University of Ottawa (2007) where she received the Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP Prize for her exceptional work during an internship at the Federal Public Service Labour Relations Board. Marianne also has a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University (2001). She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2008.

Marianne recently joined Falconer Charney LLP, where she will be practicing in the areas of personal injury, insurance claims, insurance defence, product liability, food contamination, commercial, real estate, employment law litigation and class actions.

Prior to joining Falconer Charney, Marianne articled at a mid-size full-service law firm in Ottawa, Ontario, where she assisted senior litigators on a number of complex cases including the renowned case of Zahab v. Salvation Army in Canada, 2008 CanLII 41827 (ON S.C.).

Marianne recently published an article on the legal implications of overtime pay in Ontario. The article appeared in the Ottawa Business journal as well as a number of national human resources magazines.
