Jackie Esmonde is a graduate of Osgoode Hall law school where she finished in the top one percent of her class. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. She maintained a diverse civil rights practice at Roach, Schwartz and Associates, including representation of members of the George family at the Ipperwash Inquiry. Jackie joined Falconer Charney LLP in 2007. Since joining the firm she has continued in public interest work, including providing research and drafting support to the School Community Safety Advisory Panel, and acting as co-counsel to a coalition of Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto and Nishnawbe Aski Nation at the Goudge Inquiry.
