Falconer Practice Group

Asha James is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School where she earned an American (JD) and Canadian (LLB) law degree. She recently completed her articles with Falconer Charney LLP and was called to the bar of Ontario in June of 2009. During her articles she assisted senior litigators in a number of complex cases and appeared before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board on behalf of a client.
